• Screening the universe of U.S. listed stocks to identify companies that meet our valuation criteria
• In-house testing of our valuation analysis and catalyst identification
• Investing in our best stock ideas and monitoring companies on an ongoing basis through SEC filings, conference calls and third-party sources

Sell Discipline

At Profit Investments, we believe that a sell discipline is just as important as a buy discipline. There are many reasons that can merit selling a position. The paramount reasons are a stock reaching our price target or management changing strategy so that the original investment thesis that we used to buy the stock is no longer accurate.
