Client service is critical to our
business. Our returns attract our clients to us, but our customer
service keeps them with Profit over the long-term. We seek to do more
than simply meet industry requirements. We aim to anticipate our client
needs and address them before they are articulated to us.
We provide our clients with a quarterly newsletter, quarterly reports,
annual reports, on-site visits and presentations, monthly or quarterly
conference calls and additional communicaiton is our clients desire.
